Diane was an absolute pleasure to work with. She demonstrated her expertise of the area and showed us many, many properties that we had found on Zillow. She was very kind and friendly and helped us narrow down our choices. Then she was extremely patient as we went back and forth on our final decision answering many questions and inquiries along the way. She also helped us find a place to apply for the land loan and gave use a wealth of information regarding local builders in the area. The closing went smoothly and was completed remotely.
