Sergeant Major D'Anieri (Bill's Father) served as an E-9 in the U.S. Army Air Forces — the direct predecessor to today's U.S. Air Force. The senior enlisted leadership tradition he represented is the same one carried today by the Chiefs and First Sergeants at Tyndall AFB. That's part of why Tyndall isn't just another base to us. It's personal.

Bill Peevy was born on Tyndall Air Force Base while his mother and father were stationed locally. Both him and his brother Joe both served in the U.S. Army in the 1970s before transitioning to civilian careers — the same path many of our clients will walk when their service ends. Bill is the foundation of The Peevy Team and a member of the local veteran community in Bay County. His perspective shapes how we approach every PCS, every transition, every move.

For what it's worth, all I ever dreamed of was flying fighter jets in the Air Force. Medical conditions held me back from serving — I won't pretend that's the same as putting on the uniform. But the Air Force, and Tyndall specifically, has always been close to my heart. I grew up watching Tyndall's F-15 Eagles flying air dominance missions over the Gulf. Today the mission has evolved to the F-22 Raptor and F-35A Lightning II, but the warriors flying it are the same. That's why I take military relocation so personally. If you're a Tyndall family, you're not a transaction to me. You're flying the missions I once wanted to fly.

You have a report date. You don't have 90 days to play with. Selling under PCS pressure is its own discipline — and it's where the wrong agent will cost you tens of thousands of dollars in price reductions or rushed concessions. Here's how we do it differently.

How fast can I sell before my PCS report date?

Should I rent or buy for a 3-year tour?
