Starting in 1998

Since 1998, residents and second-home owners along Florida’s Forgotten Coast have known and trusted the Peevys for real estate sales, local insight, and strong listing marketing. Bill & Diane began their real estate journey on St. George Island and quickly reached Top Producer status, later making Port St. Joe their full-time home.

In 2014, Matt & Ashley became licensed and followed that same Top Producer path—bringing a modern, media-forward approach to listings while staying grounded in what matters most: protecting your bottom line, guiding your decisions, and making the process clear.

Our Humble Story

Since 1998, residents of Florida’s Forgotten Coast have known and trusted the Peevy’s as real estate sales and marketing leaders. 

Bill & Diane began their journey into real estate sales on St. George Island after moving from Peachtree City, Georgia. As former successful business owners in Atlanta, it didn’t take long to gain traction as the area’s up and coming real estate sales agents, and they reached Top Producer status in only a short time. After discovering all of the rich culture across the coastline, they officially made Port St. Joe their home in 1998.  In 2005, Diane was exclusively featured in Money Magazine for her expertise in Cape San Blas’ real estate market. 

Matt met Ashley in 2004 on Cape San Blas, and in 2012 they married right on the boardwalk in Windmark Beach at sunset overlooking the Cape. As second-generation agents, Matt & Ashley followed quickly in Bill and Diane’s footsteps becoming Top Producers with Coastal Realty Group in only a year and a half after becoming licensed sales professionals in 2014. 

HGTV Featured Agents

Matt and Ashley have been featured on two major HGTV real estate series. In 2016, they were featured on “Beach Hunters” (Season 1; Episode 7) with one of their first set of customers, and great friends, Tim and Lisa Wightman of Illinois. In this episode, Matt and Ashley took the Wightmans across Bay and Walton county, Florida, looking for the best beach house on 30A and Panama City Beach. The HGTV series Beach Hunters follows homebuyers as they search for their dream beachfront property, exploring stunning locations and weighing the pros and cons of each option to find the perfect seaside retreat.

In 2017, Matt again took to the screen in “How Close Can I Beach” (Season 1; Episode 1) with good friends Adam and Whitney Barfield of Carrabelle, FL. In this episode, Matt took the Barfields across Franklin County, Florida, in search of an investment beach home on St. George Island and Apalachicola. The HGTV series How Close Can I Beach? follows homebuyers as they search for affordable beachfront properties, exploring various coastal locations to find their ideal seaside retreat.

In 2018, the Peevy Team was awarded the status of Leading Edge Society garnering them in the top 8% for the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. For 2019 they achieved the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Circle Award which placed the Peevy Team in the top 2% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network agents and teams across the globe AND ranked in within Beach Properties of Florida's Top 5 Agents for all four quarters of 2019. In 2020 and 2021, the Peevy's reached a major milestone by earning one of the top awards among the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Global Network–Chairman's Circle Platinum, which placed them and their sales volume in the top 1% of all agents. Today 

Together, the team has risen to become the Forgotten Coast’s most trusted family real estate team, as well as active members of the local community. In March of 2024, the Peevy Team officially began their journey by opening their own Mega Agent Office under the umbrella of Keller Williams Success Realty. Their new KW home base will be in the heart of downtown Port St. Joe, FL located right off of Highway 71 at 509 Cecil G Costin Sr. Blvd. The Peevy's aim to continue the highest level of service with their new brand, and will seek to recruit and train the next generation of real estate professionals to service Florida's Forgotten Coast.
