Ashley Peevy is a seasoned real estate professional who has been helping clients buy and sell homes since 2014. Growing up in the small town of Colquitt, GA, Ashley learned the value of hard work from her father, who was a well-known generational farmer in her town. Her childhood was filled with long days on the farm, working on tractors, and helping out with daily chores.
Despite her rural upbringing, Ashley developed a love for travel, and her family often vacationed to Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas. After graduating from college with a degree in nursing, Ashley moved to Panama City to work as an RN in the ICU and ER at the local hospitals.
Ashley's passion for helping others inspired her to become a nurse, but after many years in the field, she decided to pursue a new path. In 2014, she and her husband Matt, a second-generation realtor, obtained their real estate licenses and began working as a team. They quickly gained experience in the real estate industry, and Ashley retired from nursing in 2017 to focus on her real estate career full-time.
Ashley and Matt gained valuable experience working under the guidance of Bill and Diane Peevy, and they started working in Panama City, Panama City Beach, and the luxury community of 30A in South Walton before moving to Port St. Joe full-time. Today, Ashley and Matt proudly serve Gulf County, Franklin County, and Bay County, with a particular focus on Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, and St. George Island.
Over the years, Ashley and Matt have earned numerous sales achievement awards and are recognized as top-producing agents in the area. Even though she’s a country girl at heart, Ashley loves the fast-paced world of real estate sales and investing, and is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals!
