Originally born on Tyndall Air Force Base within a military family, Bill learned the value of discipline and hard work at an early age as he traveled to different cities such as Jacksonville and New York as a young boy. Eventually growing up on farms in Georgia, he developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the American South. After working as a general contractor in construction restoration for his company of Envirotech Systems around Atlanta in Peachtree City and Newnan, Bill and his wife, Diane Peevy, discovered the charming town of Port St. Joe on the coast of Florida and never looked back.

In 1998, Bill and Diane became licensed in real estate sales and have since been helping clients achieve their real estate goals in the Gulf County, Franklin County, and Bay County markets. Bill’s knowledge as a former general contractor has helped many with guidance for construction, remodel, and repair needs. Bill's commitment to providing exceptional service has not gone unnoticed. Bill now mostly enjoys spending his time boating, fishing, and playing with his grandchildren around Florida’s Forgotten Coast.
