This is a house. Two bedrooms. One bath. Built in 1940. Many folks have lived here. I don't know how many. The last person left a hoarding surprise. Multiple dumpsters were involved. It's in Lanark Village, at the corner of Miller and Enabob. What's an Enabob? Good question. The .30-acre… Read More lot offers privacy, thanks to an unused right-of-way on Miller St. It feels so secluded, you might be tempted to don a Sasquatch costume and frolic in the backyard. No judgment here. You can walk to the American Legion for burgers and booze on Fridays. Get tipsy, then stroll back—the house will look way better after a few drinks. Inside, unless you want to update your tetanus shot, steer clear of any areas of the floor that should be labeled 'trampoline.' There are windows in the living room, one perfect for shamelessly gazing at your neighbor's home. It's charming. It has nice woodwork. You'll wish you lived there. Bring 'em cookies and apologize for the staring. The front Dutch door? Looks like a cute magic portal in time. Don't open it! It might never close again. There's a nifty built-in in the hallway. What's it for? Who knows—maybe storing secrets? There appears to be a water heater—fifty-fifty on whether it works. I wouldn't bet my last slice of pizza on it. A washer/dryer hookup is near the rear exit into the carport. You won't be forced to traipse to the carport in your skivvies to do your laundry. Unless you want to traipse...heck, you can skivvy dance for all I care. Buy the house first. Of course, you could park elsewhere, but why forsake the 'carport experience'? Unless you want to park a boat. Do that on the left side behind the gate. Next to the carport is a shed, perfect for storing your Sasquatch costume until the weather cools. There's another structure with a missing floor and some animal pens next to it. Maybe those animals bit someone. Maybe not. Anyway, check this place out for yourself: no flood zone and a clear title. That's a win! Read Less
