Originally born and raised in Peachtree City, Georgia, Matt's family moved to the historic coastal town of Port St. Joe in the mid-1990s, where his parents, Bill, and Diane Peevy, began their real estate journey in Florida in 1998 after selling their business in Atlanta.

After completing his college education in Communications with a specialty in Marketing, Matt, along with his wife, Ashley Peevy, joined into the real estate business in 2014 where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of the real estate process. Matt's upbringing in Port St. Joe gave him a unique perspective on the local real estate market, and he witnessed firsthand the growth and development of the area.
